A Legacy Rooted in Community

Glen Oaks Community College sits on land generously gifted in 1965 by the Henry B. Hagen family to expand access to education in St. Joseph County.

What was once a 120-acre family farm became the foundation for a college built on opportunity. The natural beauty of the campus—rolling hills, woodlands, ponds, and gardens—remains one of the most scenic locations in southwest Michigan.

Today, that original vision continues. Education at Glen Oaks is rooted in community generosity and driven by future opportunity.
