Admissions & Registration Process

Complete the online application and watch for email instructions. -
Complete Required Orientation
Online orientation and questionnaire are mandatory before registration. -
Submit a Criminal Background Check (ICHAT)

Felony convictions in the past 15 years or certain misdemeanors in the past 10 years may disqualify applicants.

Provide Valid Photo ID
A current, signed state-issued ID, driver’s license, or passport is required. -
Bring Documents to the Health Sciences Office (D255)

Pay Tuition
Due within 48 hours of registration or immediately if within 2 days of class start. -
Complete a TB Test
Takes at least 3 days. Bring results to the Health Sciences Office at least one week before class begins. -
Uniform & Supplies
Purchase green scrubs, name badge, closed-toe OSHA-compliant shoes, and a watch with a second hand.
All documents (ICHAT, ID, TB test) must be on file before the first class or you may be dropped from the course.
