Admissions & Registration Process

To register for this program, follow these steps:

  1. Apply to Glen Oaks
    Complete the online application and watch for email instructions.

  2. Complete Required Orientation
    Online orientation and questionnaire are mandatory before registration.

  3. Submit a Criminal Background Check (ICHAT)
    Instructions here

    • Felony convictions in the past 15 years or certain misdemeanors in the past 10 years may disqualify applicants.

  4. Provide Valid Photo ID
    A current, signed state-issued ID, driver’s license, or passport is required.

  5. Bring Documents to the Health Sciences Office (D255)

    • ICHAT report
    • ID copy
    • Completed registration form
  1. Pay Tuition
    Due within 48 hours of registration or immediately if within 2 days of class start.

  2. Complete a TB Test
    Takes at least 3 days. Bring results to the Health Sciences Office at least one week before class begins.

  3. Uniform & Supplies
    Purchase green scrubs, name badge, closed-toe OSHA-compliant shoes, and a watch with a second hand.

All documents (ICHAT, ID, TB test) must be on file before the first class or you may be dropped from the course.
