Understand Your Full College Investment

The Financial Aid Office at Glen Oaks establishes standard student budgets each year to help you plan and apply for financial aid. These budgets reflect a “modest but adequate” cost of living for students in our region and are based on current research and real student experiences.

Below, you'll find an overview of how costs are estimated—plus links to detailed breakdowns by housing type.

What’s Included in Cost of Attendance?

Each cost of attendance estimate includes:

  • Tuition & Fees (based on residency and contact hours)
  • Books & Supplies
  • Room & Board (Housing + Meals)
  • Personal Expenses
  • Transportation
  • Loan Fees (for students who borrow)

While your actual expenses may vary, these budgets are used to determine your financial aid eligibility.
