Managing your GOCC accounts should be simple—whether you're resetting a password, updating security info, or getting support after hours. This page brings together all the tools and resources you need to stay connected to your classes, your support team, and campus updates. If you ever get stuck, we're just a click or call away.

Forgot your password? Don’t worry—it’s easy to reset.
With GOCC’s Single Sign-On (SSO) system, you can securely reset your password in just a few steps—no tech experience needed.
Here’s how:
- Go to the SSO Portal.
- Click “Forgot Password.”
- Enter your Viking ID.
- Either use the SMS, Authenticator App, or answer the security questions you set up when creating the account to verify your account ownership.
- Follow the prompts to create a new password.
Once you’ve reset your password, you’ll be able to access your GOCC accounts right away.
Update your security questions anytime—for better access and peace of mind.
Your security questions help verify your identity when resetting your password or signing in from an unfamiliar device. Keeping them up to date ensures you can always access your GOCC accounts when you need them.
To update your security questions:
- Log in to your SSO account.
- Click your name in the upper-right corner.
- Select “My Account” from the dropdown menu.
- Re-enter your current password to continue.
- On the Account Recovery Settings page, you can:
- Change your security questions and answers
- Select entirely new questions from the provided list
- Update your recovery phone number or email address
- Click “Submit” to save your changes.
Tip: Choose answers that are easy for you to remember but hard for others to guess. And make sure your recovery contact info is current.
