Ride Smarter. Sharpen Skills. Earn Your Endorsement.
Bring Your Own Bike | One-Day Advanced Course | Endorsement Eligible
The Basic Rider Course 2 (BRC2) is a one-day training designed for riders who already have basic motorcycle experience and want to improve their on-road skills — or earn their Michigan motorcycle endorsement.
You'll use your own motorcycle and gear while completing advanced range exercises and a written knowledge test. Riders who complete the course successfully receive a completion certificate that waives the riding and written tests required by the Michigan Secretary of State.
Motorcycle Endorsement Reminder
To ride legally in Michigan, all motorcyclists must have a CY endorsement on their driver’s license. Successful completion of the BRC2 provides the completion certificate required by the Michigan Secretary of State to waive the skills and written tests.
