Course Description:
A three-day course on Sales Acceleration designed to empower sales people and sales managers to utilize marketplace research, statistics, analytics, company data, and integrated platforms to predict or cause acceleration of business to closure. The key to effective sales acceleration requires actually using this information to elicit buying signals from the customer, recognize those buying signals, and convert those buying signals to commitment and sales closure. This training will teach attendees how to utilize these sales accelerators throughout the customer interaction.
One component of healthy sales in a company is the size of its pipeline. Typically, successful companies maintain a pipeline of opportunities equal to at least five times the size of its sales quota objectives. The true driver of success is how effectively and how efficiently the sales force can accelerate opportunities through the selling process to become closed deals, and equally important, the beginning of long-term customer relationships with continued business to the benefit of the customer and the company.
Course Objectives:
As a result of this course, participants should be able to:
- Establish credibility and trust and open a business relationship based on respected and recognized analytics relative to company data for the customer or prospect.
- Create a buying signal and earn the customer’s commitment to a welcomed dialog based on relating the customer’s own data and analytics to those of similar businesses or departments who have achieved success.
- Understand the customer’s data, analytics, and prompts from integrated platforms to establish the customer’s desired state, based on proven success models, enhanced by a rich company data-specific dialog about the customer’s desired state.
- Present solutions that reflect the customer’s desired state and outcomes based on interactive dialog from the customer’s marketplace objectives.
- Accelerate sales closure and true commitment based on solid connections to the desired state analytics relative to the company’s actual and desired state as compared to marketplace possibilities.
- Utilize predictive analytics, company data, information from integrated platforms, and statistics to reassure customers and overcome fears or reluctance to accelerate the sale.
