Applying for Student Housing

Students must complete the Student Housing Application, sign a housing agreement, and pay the $75 non-refundable administrative fee to secure a room assignment.
Students under 18 (and not legally emancipated) must also have a parent or guardian co-sign the agreement.

Eligibility: Students must be 18 or older by the end of their first semester to live in student housing.

Agreement Terms & Conditions

  • Housing agreements are non-transferable. Only the student listed may reside in the assigned room or suite.
  • The agreement is legally binding for the full period outlined in the terms.
  • Both the student and the College are responsible for fulfilling all conditions in the agreement.

Housing Safety & Conduct

GOCC may deny or terminate housing for any student who:

  • Poses a risk to safety
  • Disrupts the housing community
  • Violates College rules or policies

If a student violates the agreement, they may be held financially responsible for the full agreement term.

At the end of the term, residents must complete the checkout process.

If terminated, the student must vacate the residence within 24 hours, unless granted written permission or an appeal is pending.

Address changes following cancellation or termination may impact In-District Tuition eligibility.
