Once you sign the Housing Agreement, you're entering into a legally binding contract to live in student housing for the full term listed in the agreement. This means you are committing to all the terms and responsibilities outlined.
Please note:
- Application fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
- If you need to cancel after signing, you must submit a Petition for License Agreement Cancellation to the Housing Office as soon as possible
- Review the agreement carefully with a parent, guardian, or advisor before signing
Q: If I am a returning student who lived in housing last year, do I need to complete
another housing application?
A: Yes, you will need to complete a housing renewal application, which is due by April 15th.
