Why Become an RA?

  • Free Housing + Stipend: Receive a private room in student housing and monthly compensation.

  • Leadership Development: Gain real-world experience in communication, crisis management, and team leadership.

  • Support Your Peers: Be a go-to resource for students adjusting to college life, especially first-generation and out-of-state students.

  • Career-Ready Experience: Stand out on transfer and job applications with hands-on experience in conflict resolution, program planning, and student support.
