Glen Oaks Community College and Creative Dining Services have teamed up to deliver a bold new campus dining experience—The Viking Café. Our focus is on fresh ingredients, great flavor, and friendly service. Whether you're looking for a hearty lunch or a grab-and-go snack, you’ll find satisfying options tailored to your schedule and taste.
Located on the Concourse
Café Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
The Grille
Dig into your comfort food favorites—juicy burgers, crispy fries, grilled chicken sandwiches, and rotating specialties like cheesy buffalo chicken quesadillas.
The Oaks Deli
Create your own stacked sandwich from a selection of fresh breads, premium meats, cheeses, and toppings. Try the featured “Sandwich of the Day” for something new.
The Daily Grind
Start your day or recharge mid-afternoon with hot and iced coffee, tea, and signature drinks brewed just how you like them.
Allergens & Special Diets
We make it easy to dine with confidence. All food items are clearly labeled for the Top nine (9) allergens recognized by the FDA: Wheat, milk, egg, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, fish, and sesame.
We also clearly mark vegan and vegetarian items for your convenience.
