Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society
Recognizing Academic Excellence. Empowering Student Leadership.
Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) is the official honor society for two-year colleges, and at Glen Oaks, it’s more than a distinction—it’s a community of scholars committed to academic achievement, leadership, service, and personal growth.
PTK members at Glen Oaks have access to exclusive scholarships, leadership opportunities, and meaningful community service projects. It’s a chance for high-achieving students to give back, connect with like-minded peers, and build a strong academic and professional foundation.
Membership is by invitation only and is extended to students who meet specific academic criteria. Once invited, students gain access to national PTK resources, career development tools, and transfer pathways that can open doors far beyond graduation.
