A Safe, Supportive Space for LGBTQ+ Students and Allies
The Rainbows and Allies Club at Glen Oaks Community College is a welcoming and inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ students and their allies. The club meets weekly to connect, support one another, and plan educational and social events that promote understanding, inclusion, and visibility across campus.
Rainbows and Allies works to create positive cultural change at GOCC by running events that educate students, faculty, and staff about queer culture and the broader LGBTQIA+ community. Whether you’re part of the community or an ally, this club is a space where everyone can belong—and make a difference.
What We Do:
