The Student Government Association (SGA) at Glen Oaks Community College represents the voice and interests of the student body. SGA members promote leadership, responsibility, and teamwork while helping shape student life through events, advocacy, and campus involvement.
From leading student forums to planning events like Terror in the Oaks, Student Government is your chance to get involved, be heard, and make things happen at GOCC.
What SGA does:
- Serves as the liaison between students and college leadership
- Plans student-centered events and engagement activities
- Promotes student interests and helps improve campus life
- Encourages leadership and service among students
Who can join?
Any currently enrolled student with a 2.5 GPA or higher is welcome to participate.
